  1. High speed broadband connection
  2. Minimum 512 upload/download
  3. Static IP address at the monitored premises (Telstra provide this through there business services)
  4. Appropriate modem/router at the site that needs monitoring
  5. Any local IT support company to help you set it up or if you technically savvy you will likely be able to set it up yourself.
